The Grand Rapids Marching Band (GRMB) is one of the most storied and successful programs in the Grand Rapids area. The marching band began to compete in 1985 and has successfully competed all over the country. Being one of the only field show marching bands from Northern Minnesota presents it’s difficulties, but also gives us an opportunity to shine. The band has won competitions in all different classes, and specific captions from best colorguard to best drum-majors. Most recently the marching band traveled to Wisconsin where the took first place in AAAA, while receiving best colorguard and percussion.
This standard of excellence continues as new band members learn from the traditions of the past. The tradition of hard work and excellence will continue in to the future...
